Hello to you,
Since the first time I was blessed to sail on the River Nile on a dahabiya (a sailing vessel) in 20112, I have fantasized about crafting a dahabiya specified to the comfort and privacy of groups. Then in 2023, with my business partners we took the dream and directed in towards the planning and ulimate manifestation this dahabiya we have named An Nur, which in Arabic means The Light.
In April 2025, we completed a beautiful initiation voyage with An Nur with guests and friends from near and far. From Cairo, we flew to Aswan to board An Nur dahabiya who carried us north with the Nile's flow on this everlasting ribbon of life to Dendera where the Temple of Hathor welcomed our presence at the full moon rose into the starry sky. Throughout the journey we explored the nature of light with in and without. It truly was an illuminated journey!
