Payment(s) are to be paid directly through an invoice that will be provided after your Registration Form is received. Accepted payment methods are ACH Bank Transfer (prefered - US banks only) and/or credit card.
The tour balance must be paid in its entirety no later than 90 days before departure. The deposit, or full payment, will secure a spot on the tour, unless the tour is full. If full, please see Waitlist Policy below.
If you pay your balance in full at registration, you will receive a $200 discount and the deposit amount for the payment plan, as outlined in your tour documents, applies as per the Deposit Policy.

Unless otherwise noted in the specific Travel Information you receive for your pilgrimage of interest, the following payment schedule applies:
In special circumstances, an alternative payment plan may be considered if necessary. An alternative payment plan from the above schedule will add an additional $200 to your total.
If you register for a tour in the middle of the payment plan schedule, all payments up to that time are due.
If your final payment is not received within 2 weeks after the final due date, a $300 late fee will be assessed.
Sacred Witness Pilgrimages reserved the right to cancel your tour without refund if your full payment is not received before departure.
The amount of the tour deposit may vary depending on each tour, and is typically $2000. This deposit amount also applies even if the participants pays the Package Price in full at registration. The full amount of the deposit is non-refundable if the participant cancels or cancellation fall under the Other Cancellations. If Sacred Witness Pilgrimages cancels the trip as per the Sacred Witness Pilgrimages Cancellation outlined below, $500 of the deposit is non-refundable and the remaining amount will be refunded. Please see below for our full cancellation policy.
If a tour fills, you can request to be on the Waitlist List by following the registration process for the tour you are interested in.
Participant Cancellation: Participant cancellation must be made in writing/email to Sacred Witness Pilgrimages and is effective based on the date received. The refund will be given based on the following refund schedule. Participants are responsible for any additional expenses incurred in preparing for their pilgrimage, such as non-refundable advance purchase airline tickets, visa and passport fees, trip insurance, equipment, medical costs, additional nights, etc.
Refund Schedule: Refund will be granted based on the following schedule:
Sacred Witness Pilgrimages Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or increase cost for this trip due to inadequate sign-ups or increases in supplier cost that make the trip economically infeasible to operate. While we make every effort to avoid canceling trips, if Sacred Witness Pilgrimages determines that trip cancellation is necessary, we will refund your payment minus the $500 non-refundable deposit or full travel voucher value. The refund of payments received shall release Sacred Witness Pilgrimages, Sacred Witness LLC, and Zahra Indigo Rønlov from any further liability.
Other Cancellations: In circumstances where trip cancellations results from the inability of the trip to depart as scheduled, such as cancellations due to acts of war and/or terrorism, God, nature, pandemics, or for any reason beyond control of Sacred Witness Pilgrimages—Sacred Witness Pilgrimages, Sacred Witness LLC, and Zahra Indigo Rønlov are not liable for restitution and any potential refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis based on the Refund Schedule.
Trip Insurance: After the truths learned from COVID-19, Sacred Witness Pilgrimages now emphatically encourages all participants to secure Cancel-for-Any-Reason trip insurance. If you do not, you may still be considered for the tour so long you have the full understanding of your potential loss. You are welcome to choose a carrier of your choice.
